Released by ZEE5 on Tuesday, the two-minute and 42-second trailer for the film begins in the village of Ratodi, where residents are haunted by a terrifying ghost. Each house in the village has two doors—one large and one small. The smaller door serves as an entrance for the ghost. The story takes a twist when Saqib’s character marries Sonakshi’s character. On their wedding night, he forgets to leave the smaller door open for Kakuda, provoking the ghost to curse him.

The ghost is notorious for placing a curse on the head of the household as punishment. As a result of the curse, Saqib’s character starts growing a hump on his back. Desperate for help, Sonakshi’s character turns to Riteish’s Victor.

Riteish, showcasing his impeccable comedic timing, mocks the typical ghost tropes seen in films, such as the singing and dancing ghosts like Manjulika from “Bhool Bhulaiyaa” and “Stree,” where villagers write messages on the walls for the vengeful spirit.
